#UNOboost 6% TD Campaign 3 Months - April 2026

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promo Duration.

      1. The #UNOboost 6% TD Campaign – 3 Months (“Promo” or “Campaign”) will run from April 10, 2026 to May 31, 2026 (“Campaign Dates”).

 

2. Eligibility Criteria. 

      1. A customer is eligible for the Promo if he/she meets the criteria in this section and all the other conditions set out in the succeeding sections (“Eligible Customers”):
        1. The customer must have an active #UNOready savings account.
        2. The customer must have a registered and updated mobile number and email with UNO.
        3. The customer must either: 
          1. Place a new 3-month Time Deposit (TD) via the UNO app during the Campaign Dates; or 
          2. Rollover an existing Time Deposit into a 3-month tenor during the Campaign Dates.
        4. The customer must fund the TD placement from their #UNOready account.
        5. The customer must hold the TD until maturity to enjoy the full promotional benefit.

 

3. Promo Reward.

      1. Eligible Customers will receive a 6.00% promotional interest rate subject to the following conditions:
        1. The 6.00% promotional rate applies only to #UNOboost / #UNOboost@GCash 3-month TD placements booked during the Campaign Dates, including both new placements and qualified TD Rollovers.
        2. A “TD Rollover” refers to the renewal of a matured or maturing Time Deposit into a new 3-month TD tenor within the Campaign Dates via the UNO app.
        3. The promotional rate is available only for TDs that are successfully booked during the Campaign Period and held until maturity.
        4. In case of pre-termination, the promotional rate will not apply and any excess promotional interest previously credited will be reversed or debited from the Customer’s account.
        5. The 6.00% promotional rate applies to a maximum placement of PHP 500,000 per customer for #UNOboost and PHP 100,000 per customer for #UNOboost@GCash.
        6. Customers may place up to five (5) Time Deposits per account.
        7. Interest earnings are subject to 20% withholding tax.

 

4. Communication Channels. Customers will be informed about this promo through any of the following channels:

      1. EDM and Push Notifications
      2. SMS
      3. Viber

 

5. Other Terms and Conditions.

    1. By participating in the Promo, Eligible Customers hereby consent to the processing, sharing, and disclosure of their account and personal information to and from/between UNO, its affiliates, service providers, and relevant third parties for purposes of marketing, promotion, verification, validation, and fulfillment of the Promo, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
    2. By availing of the 6.00% promotional Time Deposit rate, the Eligible Customer agrees to hold UNO free and harmless from any loss, damage, or liability arising from participation in the Promo or from the placement and maintenance of the Time Deposit.
    3. Any fraudulent, abusive, erroneous, or unauthorized activity in relation to the Time Deposit account, participation in the Promo, or entitlement to the promotional rate may result in disqualification from the Promo, forfeiture or adjustment of the promotional interest, and/or suspension, restriction, or termination of the customer’s account and banking privileges, at UNO’s sole discretion.
    4. UNO reserves the right to recover any excess or erroneously credited interest by debiting the equivalent amount from the customer’s #UNOready or #UNOready@GCash account. UNO shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine eligibility and to disqualify any customer from participation in the Promo.
    5. The Promo and its corresponding benefits are non-transferable and not convertible to any other form of reward.
    6. In case of disputes, UNO’s decision shall be final and binding. Disputes must be filed by the Eligible Customer within sixty (60) calendar days of the relevant maturity date or interest crediting date.
