Terms and Conditions
1. Early Access Period
The UNO 2.0 Early Access experience will be available from September 15, 2026 to September 30, 2026 (“Early Access Period”).
2. Eligibility
The UNO 2.0 Early Access Reward (“Reward”) is available only to customers who:
Have been granted access to the UNO 2.0 mobile banking application during the Early Access Period;
Have received an official notification from UNO confirming their eligibility for the Reward;
Maintain an active UNO account in good standing; and
Meet the eligibility requirements stated in the official notification.
UNO 2.0 Early Access may be made available to select customers as part of UNO’s phased application rollout.
Access to UNO 2.0 does not automatically guarantee eligibility for the Reward. Customers eligible for the Reward will be notified directly through UNO’s official communication channels.
3. Reward Allocation
Each customer confirmed by UNO as eligible for the Reward will receive 1,000 UNO Coins, subject to successful verification of the customer’s account and eligibility.
The Reward is limited to one issuance of 1,000 UNO Coins per eligible customer.
Eligibility for the Reward is determined by UNO and is not based on the order in which customers download, register for, access, or use the UNO 2.0 mobile banking application.
No purchase, deposit, payment, fund transfer, maintenance of a minimum balance, or other banking transaction is required to receive the Reward.
The Reward does not involve a raffle, contest, game, or any element of chance.
4. Crediting and Use of UNO Coins
The 1,000 UNO Coins will be credited to each eligible customer’s UNO account on or before October 7, 2026 (7 working days) subject to successful verification of the customer’s account and eligibility.
Customers must maintain an active and valid UNO account at the time of crediting to receive the Reward.
UNO Coins are non-transferable and may be used or redeemed only in accordance with the applicable UNO Coins Terms and Conditions.
UNO Coins are not directly convertible to cash except through redemption options expressly made available by UNO.
Any unused UNO Coins will remain subject to the applicable validity and expiration provisions under the UNO Coins Terms and Conditions.
5. Verification and Disqualification
UNO reserves the right to verify a customer’s identity, account status, and eligibility before crediting the Reward.
Customers with duplicate, fictitious, fraudulent, closed, suspended, blocked, or otherwise ineligible accounts will not be entitled to receive the Reward.
UNO may withhold, reverse, or cancel any Reward credited due to error, fraud, misrepresentation, system manipulation, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
6. General Provisions
The use of UNO 2.0 and UNO Coins remains subject to their respective applicable terms and conditions.
UNO reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Early Access experience or Reward when reasonably necessary due to legal, regulatory, security, technical, operational, or other circumstances beyond UNO’s reasonable control, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Any material changes affecting eligible customers will be communicated through UNO’s official communication channels, where required.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and other materials relating to the Reward, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any right or remedy available to customers under applicable laws and regulations.
