“Boost & Grow” Bonus Rate Promo

Bring in fresh funds, book them into a 3-month #UNOboost Time Deposit and earn up to +1.00% bonus interest on top of the regular rate.

1. Promo Duration. (“Promo”) will run from August 19 to October 31 (“Promo Period”).


2. Eligibility Criteria. A customer is eligible for the Promo if he/she meets the criteria in this section and all the other conditions set out in the succeeding sections (“Eligible Customers”):
1. The Customer’s #UNOready or #UNOready@GCash Savings account is active during the Promo Period and Awarding Period.
2. The Customer must have registered a valid and updated mobile number and email address with UNO
3. The Customer should receive an official notification from UNO Digital Bank regarding the promo

Definitions

Fresh Funds refer to incoming funds from external bank accounts or e-wallets through InstaPay or PESONet as well as GCash cash-ins or top-ups through the GCash mini app, that are credited to the Customer’s #UNOready / #UNOready@GCash account and result in an increase in the Customer’s Average Daily Balance (ADB) compared to the previous month.

The following shall not be considered Fresh Funds:

• Transfers from existing UNO accounts
• Interest credited to the savings account
• TD Maturity proceeds
• Loan disbursements
• Internal fund transfers within UNO Digital Bank
• Transactions that are reversed, returned, disputed, or found to be invalid.

3. Promo Mechanics. Funds must be credited to the Eligible Customer’s #UNOready or #UNOready@GCash Savings Account and booked into a qualifying 3-month #UNOboost Time Deposit within the same applicable Promo Month. Fresh Funds credited in one (1) Promo Month but booked into a qualifying Time Deposit in a subsequent Promo Month shall not be considered eligible for Fresh Funds for the Promo.

1. The promotional interest shall apply only to newly opened 3-month #UNOboost Time Deposits funded with qualifying Fresh Funds. Qualifying Fresh Funds shall be determined based on the increase in the Customer’s combined Average Daily Balance (ADB) across the eligible #UNOready or #UNOready@GCash Savings Account and qualifying #UNOboost Time Deposit(s) during the applicable Promo Month compared to the previous month’s combined Average Daily Balance (ADB). Funds originating from existing UNO balances shall not be considered qualifying Fresh Funds.
2. Early pre-termination of the Time Deposit shall result in the forfeiture of the promotional interest and shall be subject to the prevailing Terms and Conditions governing #UNOboost Time Deposits.
3. The promotional rate cannot be combined with any other Time Deposit promotional rate unless otherwise specified by UNO.
4. The Promotional rate applies to a maximum placement of PHP 500,000 per customer for #UNOboost and PHP 100,000 per customer for #UNOboost@GCash.
5. Customers may open multiple 3-month #UNOboost Time Deposits during the Promo Period. However, only one (1) Time Deposit per customer shall be eligible for the promotional interest under this Promo. Where a Customer opens multiple qualifying Time Deposits during the applicable Promo Month, the promotional interest shall apply only to the Time Deposit with the highest principal amount. All other Time Deposits shall earn only the prevailing base interest rate.
4. Campaign Reward. Eligible Customers who satisfy all Promo requirements shall receive the applicable promotional interest rate based on the amount of Fresh Funds placed into the qualifying 3-month #UNOboost Time Deposit. The additional promotional interest shall be manually credited to the Customer’s eligible #UNOready Savings Account after the maturity of the qualifying Time Deposit, in accordance with the Promo Awarding Schedule, net of the applicable twenty percent (20%) withholding tax and other applicable taxes, if any.
5. Awarding Schedule. The promotional interest under this Promo shall be manually credited to the customer’s eligible #UNOready Savings Account after the maturity of the qualifying 3-month #UNOboost Time Deposit, subject to validation of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. To facilitate validation and processing, promotional interest shall be credited by booking batch based on the month in which the qualifying Time Deposit was booked, in accordance with the schedule below:

6. Communication Channels
   Customers will be informed about this promo through any of the following channels:
• SMS
• Email Direct Marketing (EDM)
• UNO In-App Push Notifications
7. Other Terms and Conditions
1. By participating in the Promo, Eligible Customers hereby authorize the transfer, disclosure, and communication of information in relation to his/her accounts to and from/between UNO and participating merchants, service providers and other relevant third parties for the purpose of marketing and promotion, verification, checking, validation, and fulfillment.
2. By accepting and/or using the promotional interest credit, the Eligible Customer agrees to hold UNO free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the Promo or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the cash credit.
3. Fraud, abuse, misinterpretation or any unauthorized action relating to the availment of the products, participation in the Promo, or awarding of the Reward may result in disqualification of the customer from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of the banking privileges, closing of the accounts in UNO or the forfeiture of the Reward via a debit by UNO of the equivalent amount from the client’s #UNOready or #UNOready@GCash account, at UNO’s discretion, as the case may be. UNO shall have the sole and absolute discretion to disqualify anyone from participating in the Promo.
4. The Promo and its corresponding Reward in the form of cash credits are not convertible to any other form of reward.
5. This Promo is not valid in conjunction with other promotions offered by UNO Digital Bank.
6. In case of disputes, UNO’s decision will be final. Disputes must be filed by the Eligible Customer within sixty (60) calendar days from the scheduled promotional interest credit awarding period.
