#UNOready +1% Special Bonus Rate - April 2026

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promo Duration. The Plus +1% Special Bonus Interest (“Promo”) for the entire month of April 2026 (“Promo Period”).

  2. Eligibility Criteria. A customer is eligible for the Promo if he/she meets the criteria in this section and all the other conditions set out in the succeeding sections (“Eligible Customers”):
    1. The Customer’s #UNOready or #UNOready@GCash Savings account must be active during the Promo Period and Awarding Period as stated in Section 5.
    2. The Customer must have a registered and updated mobile number and email address with UNO.
    3. The Customer must be part of a limited group of selected customers to whom this specific offer was made via UNO’s official direct channels (email and/or SMS).
    4. The Customer’s average daily balance in April 2026 exceeds their end-of-day closing balance as of 31 March 2026

  3. Promo Reward.
    1. The Eligible Customer will receive a +1.00% p.a. special bonus interest rate (“Reward”), subject to the following:
      1. Account must be in Active Status 
      2. Customer must maintain any balance in #UNOready or #UNOready@GCash account during Promo Period 
      3. +1.00% p.a. Reward (on top of your current applicable base rate) will be applied to a maximum of PHP 100,000 balance per depositor

  4. Promo Mechanics.
    1. The Eligible Customer may receive the +1.00% p.a. Reward subject to the following conditions:
      1. The Reward will be applied on top of the prevailing base interest rate PLUS any other bonus interest rate offer during the Promo Period.
      2. The Reward applies only during the Promo Period (April 2026 only).
      3. The Reward shall be computed based on the average daily balance (ADB) / monthly average balance for April 2026, derived from the End-of-Day (EOD) balances of the account.
      4. The Reward applies only to the first PHP 100,000.00 of the computed April 2026 monthly average balance.
      5. Interest shall be computed using daily EOD balances and aggregated into the monthly average balance for April.
    2. The Promo is applicable to Existing-To-Bank (ETB) customers only, and no minimum balance growth or prior balance condition is required to qualify for the Reward.
    3. The Reward shall be subject to 20% final withholding tax in accordance with applicable tax law.

  5. Awarding Period.
    1. The Reward earnings will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s #UNOready or #UNOready@GCash account within Ten (10) banking days after April 30, 2026, following the schedule below:
      1. Cut-off Date: 30-Apr-2026
      2. Rewards Awarding Date: Within 10 banking days after April 30, 2026

  6. Base of Promo.
    1. This Promo is available to Existing-To-Bank (ETB) customers who meet the Eligibility Criteria during the Promo Period.

  7. Communication Channels.
    1. Customers will be informed about this promo through any of the following direct channels:
      1. SMS
      2. Email Direct Marketing (EDM)
      3. Push Notifications

  8. Other Terms and Conditions.
    1. By participating in the Promo, Eligible Customers hereby consent to the processing, sharing, and disclosure of their account and personal information to and from/between UNO, its affiliates, service providers, and relevant third parties for purposes of marketing, promotion, verification, validation, and fulfillment of the Promo, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
    2. By availing of the Reward under this CASA Promo, the Eligible Customer agrees to hold UNO free and harmless from any loss, damage, or liability arising from participation in the Promo or from the receipt and use of the Reward.
    3. Any fraudulent, abusive, erroneous, or unauthorized activity in relation to the CASA account, participation in the Promo, or entitlement to the Reward may result in disqualification from the Promo, reversal or forfeiture of the Reward, and/or suspension, restriction, or termination of the customer’s account and banking privileges, at UNO’s sole discretion.
    4. UNO reserves the right to recover any erroneously credited Reward by debiting the equivalent amount from the customer’s #UNOready or #UNOready@GCash account.
    5. UNO shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine eligibility and to disqualify any customer from participation in the Promo.
    6. The Promo and its corresponding Reward are non-transferable and not convertible to any other form of benefit.
    7. In case of disputes, UNO’s decision shall be final and binding. Disputes must be filed by the Eligible Customer within sixty (60) calendar days from the scheduled Reward crediting date.
