What is the UNO 3 for 3 Anniversary Promo?

The UNO 3 for 3 Anniversary Promo allows eligible customers to earn a 3% p.a. bonus interest rate and/or ₱3 cashback rewards by completing qualifying transactions within the promo period. 

When is the promo period?​

The promo runs from January 26, 2026 to March 31, 2026, during which customers can complete eligible transactions to earn rewards. 

Who is eligible to join the promo?​

Customers are eligible if they have an active UNO savings account, updated contact details, and complete at least one qualifying transaction. #UNOready@GCash users must also link their account to the UNO app. 

What rewards can I earn?​

Eligible customers can receive a 3% p.a. bonus interest on fresh funds deposits and/or ₱3 cashback for qualified transactions. 

What transactions qualify for rewards?

You can earn rewards by depositing fresh funds, using your debit card, paying bills, or sending money via InstaPayas long as you meet the minimum required amounts. 

How do I earn the +3% p.a. bonus interest?

To earn the bonus interest, you must deposit at least ₱3,000 fresh funds via InstaPay or PESONet and maintain at least ₱3,000 in your account. The bonus applies only on the transaction date and is capped at ₱50,000 balance per depositor. 

What counts as a qualifying transaction for cashback?

Any single-receipt transaction that meets the minimum required amount qualifies for cashback, including debit card purchases, bills payments, and InstaPay transfers.

Is there a limit to the rewards I can earn?

Yes, bonus interest applies only to balances up to ₱50,000, while cashback rewards are capped at ₱300 per customer during the promo period. 

How is the 3% bonus interest applied?

The 3% bonus interest is applied for one day only, based on your end-of-day balance on the date your deposit is posted. It is also subject to a 20% withholding tax. 

Why is my interest rate still 3.50% after depositing? When will it update to 6.5%?

If you’ve just made a deposit, the +3% p.a. bonus interest is applied for one (1) day only—specifically on the day your deposit is successfully posted. The bonus rate is not reflected as a permanent rate change in your app, and may not immediately appear as 6.5%. Instead, it is calculated and credited separately during the awarding period. 

How do I earn cashback?

You earn ₱3 cashback for every qualifying transaction that meets the required minimum amount. Cashback is not subject to withholding tax. 

When will I receive my rewards?

Rewards are credited within 20 working days after each cut-off month, based on the official awarding schedule.

Is cashback subject to tax?

No, cashback rewards are not subject to withholding tax. However, bonus interest earnings are subject to a 20% withholding tax. 

Can I earn both bonus interest and cashback?

Yes, you can earn both rewards as long as you complete the qualifying requirements for each. 

What does “fresh funds” mean?

Fresh funds refer to new deposits made into your #UNOready or #UNOready@GCash savings account via eligible channels such as InstaPay or PESONet. 

Do I need to do anything to receive the rewards?

No, rewards will be automatically credited to your account once you meet the promo requirements. 

Can I combine this promo with other offers?

No, this promo is not valid in conjunction with other UNO promotions. 

Who can join — existing or new customers?

Both Existing-to-Bank (ETB) and New-to-Bank (NTB) customers are eligible, provided they meet all promo requirements. 

What happens in case of disputes?

Any disputes must be filed within 60 days from the reward awarding date, and UNO’s decision, with DTI concurrence, will be considered final.
